After confirming the customer payment, carrying out vehicle ticket will be issued and visible on My Page, "Success Bid List" or "Purchase List".
Please present your ticket or a printed copy of it at the storage location to carry your vehicle outside.
※To carrying a vehicle outside the storage location, the person in charge must present a drivering license and fill in the name, company name, and contact information.

When requesting optional services such as Removing Box, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date.
After the vehicle is delivered, all transactions are done.
